All prices include GST and are in Australian dollars. Handling and postage within Australia including insurance and GST attracts a small fee of AU$15. Domestic orders are sent via express registered Australia Post. We do charge a fee of AU$25 for shipping to NZ and AU$35 internationally. All prices are subject to change without notice. If there is any discrepancy between the prices shown here and those shown in our stores, the price shown here is the correct price for ordering products through our online store.
All orders will be processed and shipped via Australia Post or in special circumstances via courier, within 5 working days. Delivery time depends on order destination. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow 4-7 days. Our shipping arrangements cover all places within Australia and NZ. Overseas delivery times will vary according to location.
We promise to confirm your online order within 3 working days and will keep all of the information you provide a secret between us.
We will also advise you within 3 working days if goods ordered are not available or delayed in any way.
While we endeavour to hold in stock all pieces featured on this website, this is not always possible. Should the item you require be unavailable, we will make every effort to source it from another store. If this is not possible the item will be individually custom made for you by Special Order. Special Orders take approximately 6-8 weeks for white and yellow gold and 6-12 weeks for rose gold.
SECRETS guarantees full warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for all current products purchased from SECRETS stores and the SECRETS online shop.
The warranty covers damage that is not caused by accident, inappropriate use or wear and tear. Depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product, the feasibility of repair and the availability of replacement parts, it will either be repaired as new or replaced by a piece of the same value. This warranty service is free of charge.
The damaged product should be taken to a SECRETS store that will send it to the SECRETS jewellery workshop for assessment. If products are sent by post, they should be sent by certified mail and insured, as SECRETS cannot be held liable for damage, loss or theft occurring during transport.
The warranty is valid for a period of 12 months, from the date of purchase. Please keep the delivery receipt as it serves as a warranty for products purchased from the online shop.If a ring is resized or repaired by an external jeweller, SECRETS holds no liability for the item in question which now falls outside the terms of the warranty.
In Store Returns and Exchanges
SECRETS commitment is to make sure you, our valued customer, are completely satisfied with your beautiful jewellery and the service you received. We want you to love what you've purchased. If you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection, we will be pleased to exchange or offer a credit note on any unworn jewellery within 7 days of original purchase. Purchase receipts and guarantee cards should be retained at all times. If your purchase has been resized, modified or engraved unfortauntely we are not able to accept returns or exchanges.
Returns by Mail
Please send your jewellery back to us in SECRETS jewellery box and enclose either the original or a copy of your receipt or guarantee card within 7 days of receipt of the jewellery to the store of purchase. We recommend contacting the store beforehand. For all store details please click here.
